About your role:

As a AI Transformation Consultant you will lead the end to end design, implementation, and adoption of artificial intelligence solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This role partners closely with business leaders, product teams, and technical experts to identify high value AI use cases, translate business needs into scalable AI capabilities, and ensure successful deployment across the organization. You will serve as a critical bridge between strategy and execution-enabling change adoption, governance, and ethical use of AI while ensuring alignment with enterprise systems, regulatory requirements, and performance objectives. In addition you will analyze complex data sets, assess business problems, and derive actionable, datadriven insights

What you will do:

AI Strategy & Use Case Development

-Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify high impact AI use cases.

-Define AI roadmaps and transformation strategies aligned to organizational priorities and long term value creation.

AI Solution Design & Implementation

-Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions across business and technology platforms

-Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems, data pipelines, and operational processes.

Data Analysis & Model Development

-Assess data readiness, quality, and governance to support AI initiatives.

-Design and guide the development of AI/ML models tailored to specific business challenges and operational workflows.

Stakeholder & Change Management

-Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between technical teams and non technical stakeholders.

-Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable insights and business recommendations for executive and operational audiences.

Training, Adoption & Enablement

-Support organizational readiness by delivering training, best practices, and enablement sessions on AI tools and capabilities.

-Drive adoption by embedding AI solutions into day to day workflows and decision making processes.

Performance, Governance & Ethics

-Monitor AI system performance, accuracy, and business impact post implementation.

-Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, data privacy policies, and internal governance frameworks.

Experience you will need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, software development, or related technical disciplines.
  • 8+ years of experience in machine learning, natural language processing, data analytics, and AI platforms.
  • 8+ years of experience working with structured and unstructured data, model lifecycle management, and enterprise data ecosystems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field;or equivalent work experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Prior experience within the payments, financial services, or regulated industry environment strongly preferred.

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
