Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise discovery sessions and solution workshops with executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
  • Support complex RFP responses by developing compelling, value-driven solution strategies.
  • Conduct solution demonstrations and consultative discussions with enterprise customers.
  • Guide clients toward scalable, best-practice solutions rather than highly customized implementations.

Required Qualifications
  • 8–15+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Software Consulting, Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Business Transformation.

  • Strong understanding of RFP management, enterprise procurement processes, and solution positioning.
  • Experience conducting executive discovery workshops and solution presentations.
  • Excellent business consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and guide customers toward best-practice technology adoption.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
