Maintaining proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), following safety protocols, and participating in regular training sessions are essential for minimizing risks. Communication and teamwork are also critical, as employees coordinate with drivers, equipment operators, and supervisors to ensure efficient and safe processing of waste materials. Addressing these challenges proactively helps create a safer, more productive work environment.
