Job Summary:
Using a positive leadership style, supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in operating a variety of machines to manufacture products.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent); Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment;
- 5 years in a plastics or extrusion environment preferred
- Must have organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Must possess good problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively develop people and lead a team
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Dedicated to continuous improvement
- Proficient in Excel and Word
