Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Slitter Operator to join our Clients Team. As a Slitter Operator, you will be responsible for operating slitting equipment and producing high-quality materials according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be comfortable with using a variety of tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and maintain slitting machines to produce materials according to customer specifications
  • Inspect materials for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Read and interpret work orders and production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders
  • Record production data and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal output
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and ensure safety protocols are followed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
