This position provides banker to banker customer support to our community bank partners throughout the upper Midwest, enhancing customer relationships through system support, daily transactions, and prompt, professional attention to customer needs.Position Functions:Customer Service:Provide excellent customer phone support using proprietary programs for assistanceMaintain customer relationships including documenting interactions and correspondenceComplete customer correspondence requests received via email or physical mailBe knowledgeable of the products and services offered within department and bank widePayment Processing Production:Settlement File Processing and daily transaction postings on behalf of community bank customersPerform execution of daily payment activities Ensure end of day timelines for account balance settlementPerform payment activities within varies payment platforms Ideal candidates will possess experience providing outstanding professional customer service and hold an Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the position functions of the job.
