Vacatia is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and inspire a high-performing sales team in our dynamic timeshare sales environment. This role is ideal for a motivated sales leader who thrives on coaching teams, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in Vacatia's continued growth by driving sales performance, developing talent, and ensuring a professional, transparent, and customer-focused sales process.
What You'll Do
Drive Sales Performance
  • Conduct morning and afternoon tours with prospective customers to sell timeshare products
  • Structure affordable purchase solutions that help customers make informed buying decisions
  • Approve pricing, structure deals, and ensure financial accuracy of transactions
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate Sales Representatives to exceed performance goals
  • Conduct regular performance check-ins and provide actionable feedback
  • Lead daily sales meetings focused on goals, strategy, and motivation
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented culture

Ensure Operational Excellence
  • Monitor inventory and financial sales data to optimize efficiency
  • Verify customer documentation, payments, and identification
  • Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and company policies
  • Partner closely with administrative teams to ensure accurate transaction processing

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
  • Address customer concerns and resolve objections professionally
  • Ensure a seamless and positive sales experience from presentation through closing
  • Model integrity, transparency, and a customer-first approach

Support Recruitment & Talent Growth
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition on hiring initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding and continuous training efforts
  • Develop team capabilities through ongoing coaching and mentorship

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
  • A minimum of two (2) years of proven success in the timeshare or vacation ownership industry, having performed at the Mainline Sales Representative level or above
  • Strong financial aptitude, including basic loan calculations and deal structuring
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership ability with strong organizational and motivational skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive, results-driven attitude
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed

Physical Requirements
  • Primarily sedentary office work with occasional standing and walking
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to lift or move items up to 15 pounds occasionally
  • Conduct uninterrupted resort tours lasting approximately three hours each
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull as needed
