Job Summary
Provides Nationwide title services. Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both internal and external customers related to title services.
Job Responsibilities
  • Analyzes initial request from customer to determine if transaction fits the program

  • Manages communication with customer including their involvement in the transaction process and delivery of quotes for title and escrow services

  • Follows standard procedures and guidelines for handing & recording insured documents

  • Ensure timelines are met for initial title delivery and satisfaction of requirements in commitment

  • Manage all aspects of the transaction to ensure all parties are working together towards closing and issuance of the final title policy

  • Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams

  • Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided

  • Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options

  • Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations within own team

  • Works under limited supervision and may use discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency

  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred

Experience
  • Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience

Pay Range & Benefits
$76,947.31 - $128,245.52 Annually
The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
