We are a fast-paced and growing family-owned, family-run business looking for an experienced office assistant.Job RequirementsCustomer Service:Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, text, and email in a courteous and professional manner.Greet walk-in customers and provide assistance.Administrative Support:Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.Handling incoming and outgoing packages.Documentation and Data Entry:Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions and work performed.Update customer information and ensure data accuracy.Maintaining and organizing physical and digital files and database records.Team Collaboration:Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.Deliver administrative support for office staff, sales team and service/installation departments.Manage salesman's appointment calendars.Quality Assurance:Adhere to customer service policies and procedures.Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.Qualifications:Proven customer support experience as a client service representativeStrong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and proper phone etiquetteAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (min of 3+ years required)Outstanding computer skillsBenefits:Competitive salary401K with matchPaid time off/holidaysHours:Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pmFriday 11:30am-4pmSaturday 9am-12pm (rotating approx. one Sat a month) after approx 6-9 months of training
