  • Assist with closing statement preparation and review, including net working capital true-ups, indebtedness schedules, and cash and cash equivalents determinations
  • Prepare clear, well-supported analyses and reports that help clients and deal teams evaluate transaction opportunities and risks
  • Build strong working relationships with internal team members, clients, and external deal professionals

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in public accounting audit, transaction advisory, investment banking, or private equity
  • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP; GAAS familiarity a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with comfort working with financial data and large datasets
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to clients and deal teams
  • A relationship-driven mindset with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, client-facing environment

Preferred:
  • CPA or active CPA candidate
  • Prior experience with financial due diligence, Quality of Earnings, working capital analyses, or M&A transaction support
  • Experience serving lower middle market companies, private equity sponsors, or lender-backed transactions

Why Join BMSS

  • Work on high-impact engagements that support critical buy-side and sell-side transaction decisions
  • Develop specialized advisory skills while building on a strong accounting and audit foundation
  • Be part of a relationship-driven culture centered on mentorship, collaboration, and growth
  • Gain direct access to experienced leaders and opportunities to grow within advisory services

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Company-paid Medical, Dental & Vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan with company match
