This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership role supporting both buy-side and sell-side engagements.In this role, you will guide clients through tax due diligence, transaction structuring, tax planning, and post-closing integration and compliance. You will work closely with business owners, private equity sponsors, attorneys, and other advisors to identify exposures, quantify risk, and develop practical tax solutions throughout the deal cycle.Relationships are central to how we work.
