Job description

We are seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Manager (TAS) to lead financial due diligence (FDD) and M&A advisory engagements. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in fast-paced deal environments and are skilled in analyzing financial statements, assessing transaction risks, and advising clients through mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will play a key role in driving successful transactions for private equity firms, corporate clients, and investment banks.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for M&A transactions
  • Assess quality of earnings (QoE), working capital adjustments, and cash flow trends to evaluate deal risks
  • Analyze financial statements, revenue models, and business operations to identify potential red flags
  • Lead the preparation of financial reports, executive summaries, and key transaction insights
  • Develop and review financial models, valuation assessments, and sensitivity analyses
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional communication and advisory support
  • Collaborate with investment bankers, private equity firms, and corporate executives to structure deals
  • Train, mentor, and supervise junior professionals, fostering a strong transaction advisory team
  • Support post-transaction integration by analyzing financial structures and deal synergies
Supervisory responsibilities
  • Daily supervision of fellow TAS staff members
  • Will participate in performance review process
Work environment
  • Work is conducted in a professional office environment with minimal distractions
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and performing work in front of a computer screen for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
  • Travel may be frequent and unpredictable, depending on clientโ€™s needs
Required education and experience
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting and/or Finance with strong academic performance
  • 4 โ€“ 6+ years of audit / corporate finance / transaction advisory service experience

A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $130,000 to $180,000.
