Job description

A great UHY client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day clerical and administrative operations within a growing, service-oriented organization. This role will provide data entry, scheduling, customer communication, and general office support while serving as a key contributor to maintaining efficient remote operations.


The Administrative Assistant role is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering full-time hours, the potential for long-term employment, and the ability to work in a flexible, independent environment while supporting a collaborative team


Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Provide customer service via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Prepare invoices, documents, and basic reports
  • Support spreadsheet creation and reporting activities
  • Maintain and organize digital files and records
  • Assist with payroll data collection and employee record updates
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support across the organization


Administrative Assistant Requirements

  • Prior experience in administrative, clerical, customer service, or data entry roles preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability
  • Professional demeanor with strong time management skills
