  • Identify transaction risks, opportunities, and key deal considerations that may impact valuation and negotiations
  • Develop and present financial analyses related to normalized earnings, indebtedness, cash flow, working capital, and management projections
  • Assist clients with accounting and transaction-related advisory services throughout the deal process
  • Prepare client-ready reports and communicate key findings to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, target company management teams, attorneys, investment bankers, and other transaction participants
  • Mentor and develop team members while contributing to the continued growth of the practice
What We're Looking For
  • Active CPA license required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Master's degree (MBA, MAcc, Finance) preferred
  • 3-5 years of transaction advisory experience and 5-6 years of overall accounting experience
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client service mindset and consultative approach
  • Self-motivated professional with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Why Moore Colson?

Our benefits include:
