Job description

Job Description Our client is seeking a Claims Training Project Manager to support a Claims Technical Training Center. This hands-on role will coordinate project activities, meetings, training content, and stakeholder communications while partnering with claims SMEs, instructional designers, facilitators, and business support teams. Responsibilities Coordinate claims training projects, SME meetings, kickoffs, and project deliverables.

Manage training content, folder structures, facilitator guides, and PowerPoint materials. Make minor updates to presentations and training documentation. Track project status, timelines, action items, and provide stakeholder updates.

Manage training rosters and support the OneSource Learning Management System. Partner with facilitators, designers, and claims SMEs to keep projects moving. Qualifications Hands-on insurance claims experience required.

Project management or project coordination experience. Instructional design or training experience preferred. Experience working with facilitator guides and training content.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. PowerPoint and Excel required. Jira project management and Articulate experience preferred.
