We are looking for a full time Training Specialist to deliver WOW! Magic inspired training to equip Colleagues with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed, ensures compliance with all training requirements, and continually enhances learning experiences to improve performance and service quality.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate PABC, CPR/First Aid, Human Rights, Community Safety, Data Collection and other classes while championing the WOW! Magic culture.
  • Facilitate engaging new hire orientation programs and ensuring new Colleagues feel welcomed, supported, and connected while reinforcing the organization's WOW! Magic culture and values.
  • Develop, update and deliver impactful training programs using instructional design principles and adult learning theory, including classroom and technology-enabled learning, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and experiential learning activities.
  • Manage the Paycom Learning Management System (LMS), including course administration, compliance reporting, certification tracking, training records, and audit readiness for CARF, DDS, and MART requirements.

  • 2+ years of direct care experience in Residential or Day Services
  • Experience with training facilitation, instructional design, or adult education
  • Certified in facilitating PABC and First/Aid CPR
  • Strong communication, writing, planning, and presentation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree in education, human services, or a related field a plus
