Position Summary
Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Training Coordinator to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order. The role involves overseeing Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) reporting, geospatial tools, and operational dashboard utilization training for partner nations. The Training Coordinator will apply instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and hands-on training techniques to ensure effective knowledge transfer in diverse environments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) reporting training for partner nations.
  • Manage training on geospatial tools and operational dashboard utilization.
  • Apply instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions.
  • Facilitate communication and cross-cultural knowledge transfer.
  • Oversee training in geospatial analysis and visualization using ESRI ArcGIS or other tools.
  • Incorporate real-world scenarios into training programs and adapt content to evolving needs.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in training and curriculum development.
  • Knowledge in OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft.
  • Exposure to ESRI ArcGIS and/or dashboard analytics or other mission-relevant tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with international partners.
