Technical Training Manager

About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Training Manager to join our team. In this role, youโ€™ll design, deliver, and oversee training programs that strengthen the technical skills of our workforce. Your efforts will ensure our teams stay current with industry practices, safety standards, and new technologiesโ€”helping us deliver projects safely and effectively.


What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Develop and implement technical training programs for civil construction projects.

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps across the organization.

  • Create and update training materials, manuals, and presentations in line with industry standards.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

  • Integrate technology and e-learning platforms to enhance accessibility and engagement.

  • Partner with project managers, engineers, and HR to align training with company goals.

  • Track training records, certifications, and employee progress.

  • Manage the training budget and deliver cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.


What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Education, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 5+ years of technical training experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years in a training or instructional role.

  • Strong knowledge of civil construction processes.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Valid driverโ€™s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
