Overview:

CPMC, LLC is seeking skilled Training Specialists to join our team for an active government contract proposal with the Department of Navy. We are hiring for both Mid-Level and Senior-Level positions to develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and productivity.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and supervise diverse training and development programs for employees and external customers.
  • Plan and develop training programs by identifying and assessing training needs through research and analysis.
  • Employ various training methods, including onthejob training, classroom training, elearning, multimedia programs, simulators, and workshops.
  • Prepare teaching materials and lesson plans, involving the class actively and issuing completion certificates.
  • Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities, responding to corporate and worker service requests.
  • Consult with onsite supervisors and serve as case managers in governmentsupported training programs, guiding clients through appropriate training methods.
  • Requirements:Mid-Level Position:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Competent skills in performing moderately complex tasks independently, with guidance for complex tasks.
  • Proven ability to complete tasks on time to a satisfactory standard.
  • Senior-Level Position:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Proficient skills in performing complex tasks independently.
  • Ability to provide guidance and oversight to junior and midlevel contractors.
  • Proven track record of completing tasks to a satisfactory standard or better.
