Job description

We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven IDIQ Program Manager (PM) to lead and oversee task orders supporting the USSOCOM Enterprise. This role involves managing knowledge-based services across a broad scope, including Education and Training, Program and Management Support, Engineering, Technical and Professional Services, and Administrative Operations in support of SOF missions globally.
The Program Manager will provide subject matter expertise and knowledge-based services in support of USSOCOM's enterprise requirements for U.S. based and globally assigned Special Operations Forces (SOF) missions.
Position is contingent upon contract award
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overall execution of the SOF GSD IDIQ contract including managing cost, schedule, and performance metrics to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Actively engages with stakeholders to shape Task Orders to align with company strengths and mission requirements
  • Manages Task Order RFPs proposal development and submission
  • Ensures full compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract, and ensures that non-conforming contract services are corrected
  • Leads all program management activities across multiple task orders under the SOCOM Enterprise IDIQ.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant services aligned with task order objectives.
  • Serves as the primary interface with subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Serves as the focal point between USSOCOM SOF AT&L, and their company's management regarding all issues and discrepancies.
  • Oversees the integration and deployment of SMEs and specialized personnel across global SOF support operations.
  • Prepares and delivers reports, updates, and risk assessments to leadership and contracting officers.

Qualifications
  • Clearance: Active Top-Secret clearance required.
  • 10+ years of total experience supporting USSOCOM assigned organizations (military, government civilian, or contractor**).
  • 5 years of Program Management experience on a DoD contract, ending not longer than 12 months prior to proposal submission.

Education (one of the following):
  • Master's degree in Program Management OR any Business related field - OR Graduate of a U.S. Military War College that issues a Mater's Certificate and an additional 5 years' (10 years' total) experience in Program Management OR any Bachelor's degree and an additional 5 years' (total 15 years') experience in USSOCOM-assigned organizations, as military, Government civilian or contractor**

Certifications (one of the following):
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level III PM certification OR and additional 5 years' (total of 10 years') Program Management experience on a DoD contract.
  • USSOCOM assigned organizations include: the SOCOM HQs (MacDill AFB), JSOC, USASOC, NAVSPECWARCOM, AFSOC, MARSOC, and TSOCs (SOCAFRICA, SOCCENT, SOCEUR, SOCPAC, SOCSOUTH, SOCKOR, SOCNORTH).
