Job description

FRAME Technical Services, LLC seeks a Qualified Conduct of Operations Program Manager/Lead Mentor and several Subject Matter Expert Conduct of Operations Mentors. The successful candidates will be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individuals who can work well on a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment.
Position location: Richland, WA
Schedule: Full-time and Part-time available. Typical work schedule is a 4x10 working Monday through Thursday. Occasional weekend work should be anticipated.
Responsibilities Include:
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Meet routinely with peers and management to develop priorities and focus areas
  • Perform oversight of field work activities working closely with the Field Work Supervisor
  • Provide real-time mentoring to craft personnel and Field Work Supervisors
  • Document observations including good practices, findings, and opportunities for improvement
  • Participate and/or lead Management Assessments related to Conduct of Operations elements
  • Participate in Pre-Job meetings, Team Planning meetings, Post-Job reviews, and job-site walkdowns
  • Document adverse conditions using the iCAS platform
  • Review work packages for completeness and workability prior to commencing field work

Required Qualifications:
  • Valid driver license
  • BA/BS or equivalent (2 years of related experience equals 1 year of college)
  • 10 years relevant experience on the Hanford Site or highly regulated environment (e.g. military, DOD, NNSA, etc.)
  • Must be able to complete Radiation Worker Qualifications

Desired Qualifications:
  • Prior Hanford experience
  • Previous or current training on Hearing Conservation, Beryllium, Asbestos, Lead-worker, and Mask-Fit
