Job Summary:
This role is responsible for developing and executing impactful enablement programs for field, vendor, and operations teams. You will design and deliver training, create engaging content, and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance skills and drive business objectives. The position requires a systems-thinking approach to bridge strategy and execution across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective enablement programs for sales and operations teams.
  • Create and curate diverse learning materials including guides, videos, and eLearning modules.
  • Develop content strategies and manage content repositories for optimal accessibility.
