Job description

  • Support HPE's US end-to-end recruitment throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to onboarding
  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic universities and organizations to enhance HPE's talent pipeline and support early identification programs
  • Coordinate and supervise the university talent pipeline from sourcing to offer
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment events to showcase HPE's employer brand
  • Manage HPE volunteers and attendees during events
  • Manage the AMS HPE Campus Teams Program and Graduate Onboarding, including team-member training, program coordination, and budget management
  • Provide support and framework to HPE's Global Campus Teams Program and Onboarding outside AMS
  • Partner with the University Center of Excellence, business stakeholders, and HR partners on recruitment strategies and critical projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address hiring challenges and implement solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • 4+ years of related experience in program management, event management, university programs, talent programs, or a related field
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale programs, events, or initiatives
  • Experience in university recruitment is a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, project management, and data management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel to support university recruiting events and strategic campus initiatives during peak recruiting seasons
