Title:Business Program Manager - Strategic Communications & Field Execution
Location:Remote
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in business program management, communications, marketing, operations, or related roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience developing executive-level content.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience working within large, matrixed enterprise organizations.
  • Strong proficiency with MS 365, including PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot.
  • Experience supporting global or field-facing organizations preferred.
  • Ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and turn broad strategic direction into executable plans.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90k - $100k annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
