About the Job
We are seeking a gospel-centered, results-driven and detail-oriented Program Director Training Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position will operate out of our headquarters in Hilliard or remotely from Central Ohio and will focus on providing excellent training and support for LifeWise Program Directors.
This role requires collaboration, strategic thinking and strong execution to develop and equip confident and successful Program Directors nationwide. The ideal candidate is energized by leadership development, organizational systems and helping local leaders thrive.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and maintain required and ongoing training and development for new and existing program directors
  • Manage training schedules, registration, communications and follow-up processes
  • Maintain accurate training records, completion data and compliance documentation
  • Collaborate on creating program director training resources, guides and learning materials
  • Support communication efforts that keep program directors informed, equipped and engaged
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions that strengthen program director success, accountability and retention
  • Maintain organized systems and processes that support scalable program director training and support
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Experience
  • A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership development skills
  • Experience leading teams, managing programs or training adults
  • Experience in digital learning platforms preferred
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting demands
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools
