You willbe responsible for maintaining the integrity, philosophy, and standards of our effective rehabilitation program. This role is crucial in ensuring program compliance while supporting our beneficiaries' recovery journey.

What You'll Do

Program Management

  • Enforce house rules and maintain overall centersecurity
  • Conduct new beneficiary orientations including facilitytours
  • Lead weekly housemeetings
  • Supervise medication calls and ensure properdocumentation
  • Respond to beneficiary inquiries andemergencies
