What You'll Do:

  • Lead daily operations of a high-volume Drive & Shine location 
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members 
  • Drive sales, memberships, customer service, and site performance 
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, and operational goals 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready facility inside and out 
  • Lead by example and create a positive, motivated culture 
  • Ensure the building, grounds, and landscaping remain spotless and welcoming at all times

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed 
  • Maintain a fast-paced environment while keeping safety and appearance standards high
