The bank is hiring a Retail Training Manager who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs for all retail employees.

Ensures staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional customer service, understand new products, and comply with operational standards.

Develop and maintain training manuals and materials to support ongoing learning and development.

Education Level
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
Work Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in retail training or employee development
  • Experience with LMS platforms and training software (a plus)
  • Experience in a community banking environment (preferred)
Duties / Responsibilities
