Job Description
Allergan Medical Institute is committed to the ongoing training and development of our customers. Our goal is to consistently provide our customers with innovation, education, exceptional service, and a commitment to excellence, all with a personal touch. To meet the growing needs of our educational programs and AMI Training Centers, we are seeking a highly talented trainer who will play an integral role in the development, execution, advancement, and success of our educational engagement programs. The Sr. Training Manager, AMI Educational Engagement will report to the Director of AMI Educational Engagement.
Responsibilities:
  • Facilitation at our AMI Immersive customer training programs in Atlanta, GA
  • On-going development and management of AMI Training Center programs to help meet the needs of our customers and the sales team
  • Development and implementation of customer engagement strategies to include the end-to-end customer experience
  • Manage in-classroom technologies and engagement strategies to include content development
  • Partner with AMI cross-functional teams, internal sales/brand stakeholders and agency partners to best support the development and execution of training programs while identifying efficiencies and opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with the field team on program communications and initiatives
  • Manage program reports and field communications
  • Develop and facilitate workshops for key sales team meetings
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, providing feedback and adjusting as needed to enhance learning outcomes
  • Address issues promptly and effectively and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless program integration
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of Allergan Aesthetics products, platforms,
    and loyalty programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Role is based in Atlanta, GA
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 3+ years' experience in customer education training is required
  • 4+ years' experience in Medical Aesthetics, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical in the sector of Sales and/or Marketing
  • Flexibility in work hours and extended hours during program /event days (which may include weekends) is required
  • Experience in facial injectables is strongly preferred
  • Experience in instructional delivery and content/workshop development
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
  • Comfortable with various training methods and integrating technology into training initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal/relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a very fast-paced environment
  • High degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment
  • High level of accountability, reliability, agility, and responsiveness
  • Keen eye for detail, and unmatched enthusiasm for creating engaging training experiences
  • High-energy, self-motivated and task oriented
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to travel up to 30% + domestically (including overnight) is required
  • Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the individual resides, good driving record
  • Responsible for performing all duties in compliance following the appropriate regulations and all other international regulatory requirements with which Allergan Aesthetics complies
