  • Lead the design, delivery and ongoing evolution of highimpact talent management programs that strengthen performance, development, succession and employee experience.

  • Demonstrated success leading largescale initiatives from concept to delivery, with a continuous learning mindset and strong awareness of evolving trends, technologies and innovations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making.
  • Experience working with HR metrics, dashboards, reporting tools and/or talent analytics to support business insights.
