Training Specialist

About your role:
You will support the knowledge, skills, and efficiency of Fiserv associates by delivering engaging instruction, facilitation and administration of new hire training, and skill improvement learning sessions.

What you will do:

  • Providesupport to improve operator efficiencies

  • Ensuretraining content is up to date

  • Support any contract or certification requirements and deliver training

  • Deliver training classes or work one on one with pickers, support, and recommendation of management

Experience you'll need to have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

  • Ability to use basic computer systems to enter, review, or track production or quality information

Experience that would be great to have:

  • 1+ year of experience training experience

  • Experience with warehouse staging and inventory systems (e.g., handheld barcode scanners, basic WMS).

  • Completed safety training such as OSHA-10 or equivalent and demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures.

How you'll work:

  • You will work an assigned schedule of: Rotating 1st shift

  • Eligible to earn shift differential pay when working second shift, third shift, or weekend day schedules.

  • This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.

  • This role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.
