ROLE SUMMARY:

The Sales Representative is responsible for supporting sales operations within a designated territory. This role focuses on visiting retail accounts, building customer relationships, and helping drive product sales, distribution, and shelf presence for the Eagle portfolio.

  • Visit assigned retail accounts to increase sales volume,monitorpricing, and maintain shelf placement.
  • Help expand shelf space and improve product positioning across the full Eagle portfolio.
  • Gather market and customer information and report insights on buying trends and customer needs.
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to help increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with retail customers by addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity toidentifynew salesopportunities.
  • Make informed decisions on retail inventory needs based on sales history and performance data.
  • Attend sales meetings to review performance, discuss competition, andidentifyareas for improvement.
  • Represent Eagle at promotions, events, and in-store marketing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate degreeand/or equivalent training and work experiencein Sales or Business
