Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Baseball & Softball Personal Trainer to join our training facility. This role focuses on developing youth and competitive athletes through sport-specific strength, conditioning, mobility, and injury-prevention programming. Ideal candidates have a strong understanding of baseball and/or softball movement patterns and enjoy working with athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions for baseball and softball athletes

  • Implement age-appropriate strength, speed, agility, and mobility programs

  • Emphasize injury prevention, proper mechanics, and safe training techniques

  • Collaborate with hitting, pitching, and catching coaches to support athlete development

  • Track athlete progress and adjust programs accordingly

  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, safety, and athlete engagement

  • Educate athletes on proper warm-ups, recovery, and training habits

  • Uphold facility policies and represent the brand positively

Qualifications:

  • Experience training baseball and/or softball athletes (youth, high school, or collegiate level preferred)

  • Background in personal training, strength & conditioning, or athletic performance

  • Strong knowledge of biomechanics, movement patterns, and sports performance principles

  • Ability to coach and motivate athletes in a positive, professional manner

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred (but not required):

  • NASM, CSCS, CPT, or equivalent certification

  • Playing or coaching experience in baseball or softball

  • Experience working in a sports performance or training facility

  • CPR/AED certification

We are an indoor baseball and softball training facility. All coaches have played professionally or at the collegiate level. We offer private lessons for all ages. Members are able to use hitting and pitching tunnels, along with access to a full gym and recovery room.
