Job Summary:

CFF is not your traditional gym. . We utilize many training modalities and follow a unique training methodology that blends functional and traditional training so that our clients get the best of both worlds.   We are a customer service/family oriented environment and cater to the Strength and Conditioning needs of each Individual. CFF offers one-on-one training and also group training of up to 3 people.
About CFF: 

CFF is a highly recognized personal training facility located in Oakley, Cincinnati, Ohio and was established over 17 years ago. We are GROWING rapidly and are looking for someone with drive, passion, and who wants to be a part of a field that is changing lives!  
CFF Personal Trainer Requirements:

  • A National Level Certification in personal training and in CPR/AED is required. 
  • Past experience is not required because we personally train our team members with our own methodology of training.
  • Applicant must be willing to work a split shift of morning and afternoon/evening hours and also Saturdays.
  • Full-Time availability only, no part-time
 
CFF Personal Trainer Compensation/Benefits:

  • CFF trainers are employees that earn competitive pay starting out at $25/hour up to $50+/hour. 
  • Potential to earn a Benefits Package that includes vacation pay, paid time off, retirement and also continuing education credit, end of year bonus and profit sharing.
