Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Trainer to support the Unemployment Modernization Project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for State end users while ensuring successful adoption of the benefits portion of the Unemployment Modernization System.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver training content for State end users.
• Create engaging instructor led training materials and supporting documentation.
• Conduct classroom and hands on training sessions.
• Customize training materials based on business and user requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure training aligns with system functionality.
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support end users during training and post implementation activities.
• Maintain training documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
