In support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) contract, you will be a part of our team's efforts to empower the Department of Defense's navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation, and timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats.
Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute complex joint military exercises involving multiple branches and allied forces, ensuring alignment with strategic defense objectives and operational readiness
  • Create and structure joint military exercises that are innovative, realistic, and tailored to meet the unique operational needs of all participating forces, incorporating diverse combat scenarios and challenges.
  • Monitor performance, collect data, and assess the effectiveness of joint exercises, providing detailed reports and recommending improvements to enhance future operations and readiness
  • Collaborate with military leadership and external stakeholders to shape exercises that address the specific needs, priorities, and equities of the customer, ensuring alignment with broader defense objectives.
  • Customize and adapt exercises to ensure they are relevant to the specific capabilities, goals, and operational contexts of the units involved, optimizing training effectiveness and enhancing mission preparedness.
  • Supports customer training requirements by integrating NAVWAR into strategic, operational, and tactical exercises.
  • Monitor performance, collect data, and assess the effectiveness of joint exercises, providing detailed reports and recommending improvements to enhance future operations and readiness
  • Collaborate with military leadership and external stakeholders to shape exercises that address the specific needs, priorities, and equities of the customer, ensuring alignment with broader defense objectives.
  • Customize and adapt exercises to ensure they are relevant to the specific capabilities, goals, and operational contexts of the units involved, optimizing training effectiveness and enhancing mission preparedness.

Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • BA/BS in Relevant Field
  • 5 Years of Experience Designing and Facilitating Large-Scale Joint Military Exercises
  • Must have the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in a deployed PNT environment (Preferred)

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
