We are offering a flexible 40-hour schedule that includes one weekend day as a part of the weekly schedule for all of our Residential Manager positions being offered in Essex County, NY.
What you get to do:
Actively participates in the development of person-centered supports and services for all. Provides support and oversight to DSP's regarding individual's goal progress and safety plans as well as ensure their implementation. Reviews daily program and billing documentation.
Performs annual staff evaluations to ensure DSP training requirements are met. Provide coaching, training, development, and feedback to the Direct Support Professionals under their supervision.
Assist with management duties and tasks throughout the region in the absence of other Managers at their assigned locations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in the Human Service Field. At least 2 years of experience working in a Human Service field delivering services.
-Or-
High School Diploma with 5 years of experience working in a Human Service field delivering services may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year supervisory experience required.
