Traveling Sales Manager Position Overview

The Traveling Sales Manager for GH Brands is responsible for driving sales performance, reinforcing sales processes, and upholding brand standards across multiple retail locations throughout the state of Arkansas. This role operates as a hands-on leader in the fieldactively engaging with customers, supporting sales representatives, and ensuring consistent execution of the companys sales strategy.
The ideal candidate is highly mobile, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment where coaching, accountability, and customer experience are critical. This candidate should also be driven and have a desire to grow with the company as we continue to expand the brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Customer Engagement

  • Greet and engage customers in-store to create a strong first impression
  • Assist sales representatives in closing deals and overcoming objections
  • Step into sales interactions as needed to support and secure transactions
  • Ensure a high-quality, consistent customer experience across all locations
Sales Process Enforcement

  • Monitor and enforce adherence to the companys sales process
  • Identify gaps in execution and correct them in real time
  • Reinforce best practices in discovery, presentation, and closing techniques
