Advanced Dealer Solutions is an independent agency specializing in dealership development for automotive, RV, and powersports dealers. Through custom product solutions and a proven training and development platform, ADS partners with dealerships to strengthen performance, improve processes, and maximize long-term results for their teams. We are currently expanding our Training & Development team and looking for an individual to play a key role in the continued growth and execution of our training platform. This hands-on training position works closely with the Vice President of Dealer Services to deliver engaging, high-impact training programs, facilitate ADS Skills Courses and other training classes, and contribute to the development of training content and materials. Including, but not limited to, our in-house Learning Management System (LMS), F&I Academy, and product launches.
