If you enjoy creating polished documents, presentations, videos, and learning materials, this is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful content that supports employee success across multiple SERVPRO franchises.

Working alongside our Training & Development Manager, you'll help transform ideas, policies, and procedures into engaging learning resources that employees use every day.

What You'll Do

As our Content Coordinator, you'll help develop and maintain the materials that keep our employees informed, trained, and successful. Your responsibilities will include:

Create and update training presentations, videos, job aids, guides, and learning resources

Build and maintain content within our Learning Management System (LMS)

Develop and update Company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Maintain the Company's Knowledge Management System to ensure documentation remains current and accurate

Review and revise training content to reflect process improvements and policy updates

Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to create clear, user-friendly content

Support Training Department reporting, documentation, and special projects

Help maintain a professional, organized library of Company training resources

We're Looking for Someone Who

Loves creating organized, professional, and visually appealing documents

Has exceptional attention to detail

Enjoys writing, editing, and improving content

Can manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Are comfortable learning new software and technology

Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Takes pride in producing high-quality work

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

One (1) year of experience in instructional design, marketing, communications, training, or a related field preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)

Experience with presentation, video editing, or digital content creation software is a plus

SharePoint and Excel content creation experience preferred

Bilingual Spanish is a plus
