| WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Training Coordinator plays a critical role in executing training programs designed by the Learning and Development Lead. This position works directly with employees, supervisors, and department managers to schedule, facilitate, and track training activities across the plant. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and comfortable delivering training in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

| WORK AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENT:

| WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

Training Implementation & Coordination

  • Coordinating training schedules with supervisors and department leads to minimize operational disruption.

  • Facilitate hands-on training sessions, including onboarding, safety refreshers, and job-specific skill development.

  • Support the rollout of new training programs, including pilot sessions and feedback collection.

Employee Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding training logistics, attendance, and follow-up.

  • Provide one-on-one support to employees needing additional guidance or accommodation during training.

Course Delivery

  • Conduct classroom and on-the-floor training sessions using materials developed by the Learning and Development Lead.

  • Assist in the setup and operation of training equipment, simulations, and digital learning tools.

Recordkeeping & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and completion certificates.

  • Input training data into the Learning Management System (LMS) and generate reports as needed.

Continuous Improvement

  • Gather feedback from trainees and supervisors to identify opportunities for improving training delivery.

  • Collaborating with the Learning and Development Lead to refine content and scheduling based on operational needs.

| WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

Education & Experience

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

  • Additional certifications in training, facilitation, or adult learning preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in training coordination or facilitation, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Experience working with hourly employees and frontline supervisors is highly desirable.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple training schedules and priorities.

  • Comfortable presenting to groups and facilitating hands-on learning.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS platforms.

| SALARY RANGE:

The compensationfor this position is the range Slate reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; work location; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Base Pay Range (Annual)

60,421.00 - 90,631.00 USD Annual
