Manager Group Fitness Coordinator:

Requirements
  • Ability to bring positive energy to the organization and create a collaborative team environment - required.
  • 1 year of group fitness management experience - required
  • Strong leadership skills - required.
  • Current in certifications required. AFFA or other Nationally recognized required.
  • Group Fitness Certification - required.
  • Experience with ABC Financial - preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to all member issues concerning group the fitness Training Program.
  • Creates, distribute, & maintain group fitness schedule.
  • Ensure all classes are covered and facilitate sub procedures at facility.
  • Report attendance numbers on a monthly basis to the club manager.
  • Submit payroll information to the general manager.
  • Submit all quarterly schedule changes to group fitness training manager for updates to schedule and website.
  • Attends corporate training events and facilitate the implementation of new programming.
  • Create contact lists for all club specific instructors.
  • Provide consistent business-related communication with all instructors.
  • Manages the member check-in protocol.
  • Encourage attendance at special events.
  • Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
  • Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.

Compensation
  • You are compensated as both the supervisor and for the classes.
