What does a training development coordinator do?

A Training Development Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing employee training programs within an organization. They work to identify training needs, develop educational materials, coordinate training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. Their goal is to enhance employee skills and ensure that staff are well-equipped to perform their roles efficiently.
