We are seeking Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team! In this role, you will work directly with clients in their homes, following individualized care plans.
You will operate with compassion, providing personalized and attentive care while building genuine relationships with those you serve. Being detail-oriented, highly organized, and dedicated to creating a healthy environment that meets patients' needs is essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for success in this position. Previous experience in home health or hospice care is a plus. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Assist patients with daily activities such as transferring in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
  • Care for clients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, preparing meals, or assisting with personal care
  • Maintain records of client care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor 
  • Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert 
  • Give medication reminders
  • Engage patients in exercises or other activities 
Qualifications
  • Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program OR able to pass the Florida Home Health Aide competency test that we will administer prior to your interview.
  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • >Five years prior experience in senior caregiving 
  • Valid driver’s license  
  • Proof of auto insurance with your name on the policy
  • Proof of current CPR certification (Valid means the CPR course was certified by the American Heart Association and includes in-person validation of your skills)
