Training and Development Assistant โ€“ RemotePosition Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training and Development Assistant to support employee performance and development across our organization. This remote position will focus on evaluating and certifying employees' phone skills across a variety of departments while supporting process improvement and reporting initiatives.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a strong customer service background, solid technology skills, and the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and certify employees' phone skills across a variety of departments.
