IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As a Business Development Manager at Envalior, you will have a strong knowledge working with Polymers like HPPA (High Heat Polyamide), ensuring that you have a proven track record of achieving ambitious business development targets resulting in market growth. You will actively work with cross-functional disciplines and cross-regional colleagues and customers to help expand our reach throughout your territory. Additionally, you'll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new methods, materials, and technologies, to contribute to our values and mission.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

  • Support the implementation of North American HPPA strategy, through the development of markets, achieving new project acquisition and commercialization of goals.
  • Evaluate competitor products in all aspects of the technical and commercial position and develop a differentiation strategy.
  • Develop technical and commercial contact with key customers in the assigned markets including prospective North American customers.
  • Collaborate with Business Line and Business Excellence team to identify regional market intelligence (Customers, trends, value chains, pricing, application, etc.)
  • Support the development of new business through the generation of technical value proposals and multiplication tools, application, and design knowledge.
  • Translate customer & application requirements into product specifications to recommend existing products or, if necessary, to draw up product development specifications in consultation with global Product Development Specialist (PD's) and local/Global Technical Product Managers (GTPMs).

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Experience with selling High Heat Polymers is required.
  • New business development experience is required; proven track record of achieving ambitious business development targets resulting in market growth.
  • 8-10 years of commercial and technical experience with high heat polymers.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • Willing to travel at least 50%.
  • Must Read Write and Speak English with proficiency.
