Job description

Build Something Bigger — And Change Lives, Including Your Own. In 1935, Louise Whitbeck Fraser opened a school in her home for people with disabilities — defying social expectations and choosing compassion over convention. She believed everyone deserves the chance to reach their potential and thrive. Today, that same bold spirit is alive in every Fraser service. We’re still building something bigger — a more inclusive, connected world where everyone belongs. At Fraser, you’ll find more than a job. You’ll find purpose. You’ll find growth. And you’ll find a place where your work changes lives — including your own.

Do you have a passion for clients and employees alike? Would you like to use your skills to support our ABA program on an administrative side of things? This is the role for you! As the Applied Behavior Analysis Staff Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and implementing Fraser policies and procedures related to overall staff experience and training in the ABA program from onboarding through offboarding.  You will also provide clinical services to clients as well.

This pay range for this position is $48,000- $50,000 annually and comes with a full benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently assess staffing ratios for services and collaborate with Human Resources and ABA Managers/ABA Service Controller to meet program staffing and budget needs in intensive ABA services.
  • Be Subject Matter Expert in conducting effective interviews, and act as a gatekeeper for the Fraser brand and ABA clinical quality.
  • Monitor and ensure staff meet training requirements in a timely manner and proactively communicating barriers to supervisors.
  • Monitor and track daily attendance of all assigned ABA staff.
  • Coordinate clinical new hire onboarding for ABA Program Staff, including:
    • Conduct onboarding trainings
    • Coordinate support for trainers
    • Create orientation training schedules, training guides, and related materials packet
    • Complete mandatory health and safety trainings and skills assessments (e.g., CPR, First Aid, Safety Care)
    • Provide guidance to new staff prior to their onboarding and for first 90 days of hire as needed

Fraser Offers:

  • Paid training in Applied Behavior Analysis practices and compensation increase for taking and passing Registered Behavior Technician certification.
  • Ability to learn from highly qualified professionals, continuous opportunities for education and career growth.
  • Fraser is a qualifying employer under the Department of Education’s public services loan forgiveness program.
  • Work-Life Balance; over 5 weeks of paid time off annually
  • Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 403(b) retirement plan for full-time employees
  • Culture of continuous quality improvement based on employee and client feedback.
  • Mileage reimbursement

Available Location and Schedule:

  • Mankato, MN
  • Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record required.
  • RBT certification required
  • Ability to pass DHS Background Check
  • Experience with children with special needs required
  • Effective communication in the English language
