AllStates Restoration is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to help expand our presence throughout Central New Jersey. In this role, you'll serve as the face of our company, developing relationships with referral partners, promoting our restoration services, and creating opportunities that help homeowners and businesses recover from unexpected property damage.
This is an outside sales and relationship-building position—not a desk job. If you're confident introducing yourself to new people, enjoy networking, and are motivated by achieving goals, we'd love to meet you.
As our Business Development Representative, you will:
Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners throughout Central New Jersey, including:
    • Plumbers
    • HVAC companies
    • Roofers
    • Property managers
    • Real estate professionals
    • General contractors
    • Home inspectors
    • Insurance professionals
    • Irrigation companies
    • Other home service providers
  • Schedule and coordinate educational presentations 
  • Represent AllStates Restoration at networking events, chamber meetings, trade shows, and community events.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to referral partners to strengthen relationships and maintain visibility.
  • Follow up consistently through phone calls, email, and personal visits
  • Track marketing activities, referrals, and business development efforts using our CRM and reporting tools.
  • Work closely with company leadership to identify new business opportunities and marketing initiatives.
