Business Development Manager
Homewatch CareGivers of North Dallas
Full-Time | Field-Based | Dallas, TX

Homewatch CareGivers of North Dallas is looking for a warm, driven, and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help grow our presence throughout the Dallas community.
This isn't a desk job. You'll spend most of your time in the field meeting with healthcare professionals, hospitals, senior living communities, rehabilitation facilities, physicians, and other referral partners. Success in this role comes from building genuine relationships, earning trust, and becoming a valued resource within the community.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $55,000–$70,000 base salary, depending on experience

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, independent living communities, home health agencies, hospice providers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Spend the majority of your workweek in the field developing new referral sources and strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Represent Homewatch CareGivers at networking events, community outreach activities, healthcare events, and educational programs.
  • Educate referral partners about our in-home care services and what sets Homewatch CareGivers apart.
  • Develop and execute a territory growth plan to meet monthly and annual business development goals.
  • Track sales activities, referrals, and KPI metrics while providing weekly updates.
  • Work closely with the office team to ensure an exceptional client experience from referral through the start of care.
  • Attend weekly Monday team meetings and participate in occasional evening and weekend community events.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of business development, outside sales, healthcare sales, or relationship-building experience.
  • Healthcare, home care, hospice, home health, or senior living experience is strongly preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Warm, confident, professional, and genuinely people-focused.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable driving record.
