Job description

Mission of the Role (What you’ll be doing): 

SupplyOne is a leading value-added packaging distributor with custom corrugated, foam, wood, and plastics converting capabilities. With 60+ locations across the U.S. and Canada, SupplyOne delivers tailored solutions that help customers improve efficiency and reduce costs. SupplyOne is a portfolio company of Revelar Capital and has completed more than forty acquisitions to date. 

The Manager, Corporate Development will support all aspects of SupplyOne’s M&A strategy, working closely with the Corporate Development team and executive leadership. This role will play a key part in evaluating acquisition opportunities, supporting transaction execution, and contributing to integration efforts. 

This position offers high visibility across the organization and exposure to senior leadership, private equity partners, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to develop within a fast-paced, acquisitive environment. 

Key Duties & Accountabilities (Primary responsibilities): 

  • Evaluate potential M&A opportunities through financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research 

  • Support transaction execution from LOI through close, including due diligence, financial analysis, and business case development 

  • Assist in preparing investment materials, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership 

  • Conduct industry research and monitor market trends, including competitive dynamics and macroeconomic factors 

  • Maintain and update valuation benchmarks, including comparable companies and transaction analyses 

  • Support cross-functional coordination across Finance, Operations, HR, and IT during diligence and integration planning 

  • Contribute to post-close integration tracking, including synergy realization and performance monitoring 

  • Assist in maintaining CRM systems and pipeline tracking for acquisition opportunities 

  • Build and maintain competitive intelligence on key industry players 

Qualifications (What you’ll need to be successful): 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 

  • 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, Big 4 transaction services, corporate finance, or corporate development 

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with high proficiency in Excel 

  • Solid understanding of M&A transaction processes 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations 

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across all levels of the organization 

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills 

  • Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or distribution industries is a plus 

  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Philadelphia area and work onsite at least 4 days per week
