We are searching for reliable, organized Management Trainees to join our team. The Management Trainee's responsibilities include completing all starting and ongoing training tasks, gaining knowledge of wash operations, attending meetings and workshops, providing support and suggestions for improvement, exceeding customer expectations, and delivering on The Tube's Mission and Vision.
To be successful as a Management Trainee, you should have an attention to detail and be able to promptly identify problems. Outstanding candidates will have great leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
Experience in retail management or similar supervisory role.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
A valid driver's license may be required.
Superb attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Willingness to work overtime if required.
Excellent time management skills.

Management Trainee Responsibilities:
Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
