About the Role:
Fiberglass Pool Designs LLC is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Hamilton, NJ swimming pool store! This is a fantastic opportunity to dive into a fun, customer-focused role where you'll help homeowners turn their backyard dreams into reality. If you're passionate about pools and love connecting with people, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting pool products, accessories, and supplies to meet their needs
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on pool chemicals, equipment, and maintenance solutions
  • Perform water testing and advise customers on proper pool water chemistry and treatment
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked showroom floor
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up to date on new pool products, fiberglass pool options, and industry trends
Requirements:
  • Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred
